When Osiris met Horus?
The Astrology and Tarot of Paul McCartney’s Death
In this post, I want to investigate the astrological transit chart of Paul’s death and it’s associated tarot cards. Let’s start with the tarot card for his date of death: 11th September 1966. In Crowley’s Thoth deck, this would be the 9 of Disks. Crowley called this card, “Gain”. That’s gain in the material sense of the word. He also described it as the combination of good luck and good management. In view of Paul’s death date, which was surely predetermined by the occulted cabal, this seems quite sick and dark in nature. The good luck and good management is from their prospective, certainly not Paul’s. On that date, after Paul’s death, they must have felt like they had truly set the Aeon of Horus into it’s fully dynamic resplendency.
Let’s look at the transit chart for Paul on 11th September 1966, at 5am in Staffordshire, England. I’m not sure of the actual location of his death, so I have chosen this location partly because I think it might have been the actual location of his death (see my video about this from January 2023, called “Where did Paul McCartney die?”), but also because it is a central location within England, so if it is wrong, it will make the smallest amount of difference to the chart calculations. Let’s start with the Planets moving through the Houses. This is the most impactful information from this chart.
Planets through the Houses
Sun in the 12th House
Firstly, we see the Sun in the 12th House of the subconscious. This transit brings with it a focus on getting rid of all mental stress. This manifests in someone being forced to face problems from their past and undergo a physical, mental or emotional cleansing in order to deal with them. This theme of facing past issues will be a reoccurring one, as we shall see later. Does this relate to his supposed faustian bargain when he, “said something wrong”?
Moon in the 10th House
Next we see the Moon in the 10th House of careers. This transit is about Paul’s reputation, especially in relation to authorities. There is a desire for recognition and appreciation of one’s own efforts in this kind of transit. When Billy took over the role of playing Paul, this was an important part of re-writing the script for the world’s opinions of “Paul McCartney” as an idea. Billy is more musically gifted from a technical point of view, but equally, he has a quite different personality. One that was into drug experimentation, knowledgeable about the occult, and in open servitude of the deep state.
Mercury in the 12th House
Mercury, the planet of communications, is also found in the 12th House. Indeed, quite a few planets will be found there, affecting the subconscious state of Paul’s mind and spirit. During this transit, Paul will have gone deeply into his past, to examine how his experiences affected him. In this transit, it is possible to experience a transformation that would push someone mentally, to help them close a thought cycle that no longer served them. If the occulted cabal really did transmigrate Paul’s soul into the body of Billy, then this ‘prediction’ was accurate to an astounding level. All the dreams and mind control inspired visions that Paul had chasing him for a year and a half were finally brought into sharp relief in this moment. Their threats were now manifested in Paul’s physical reality. Now that Paul was dead, his only chance of communicating with his former friends and family was through Billy.
Venus in the 12th House
Here comes Venus, also in the 12th House. Are you seeing a pattern yet? This transit can go one of two ways. Either someone will intuitively understand what others are going through, which, as a compassionate being, will bring them great relief. Or this transit may bring worries about an intimate relationship. It may even mean its end. We cannot know how Paul McCartney felt spiritually in the moment of his death, but I think it would be safe to say that leaving his loved ones behind, especially his lovely girlfriend, Jane Asher, must have been an incredible wrench. Only being able to communicate to Jane via Billy’s body is a set up that would spook all but the most entrained members of the occult, and I doubt that Paul or Jane really had that kind of background. I particularly feel great compassion for Jane here. Her boyfriend was murdered, and then she was told that his soul was repackaged into another man’s body, and she should carry on with him as his girlfriend, as though nothing had happened. What a psychologically damaging thing for her to live through!
Mars in the 11th House
With Mars in the 11th House of friendships and memberships, we can see Paul having to address the new kind existence he found himself in. For usually realistic people, this transit broadens their horizons and takes them into a fantasy world. One that involves innovative and unusual ideas and dreams. It often includes collaboration with others in reference to those ideas. If we accept that Paul’s soul really did migrate into Billy’s body, this would be true in Paul’s case. Two souls sharing one corporeal 3D reality is certainly ‘innovative and unusual’, and would have involved a great deal of ‘collaboration’!
Jupiter in the 10th House
Next we turn to Jupiter in the 10th House of careers. This transit is said to be good for someone's status. It can bring promotion, increased productivity, better qualifications and success in someone’s business. It might also indicate a marriage or partnership associated to their status. As I said before, Billy taking over the public role of “Paul” brought many lasting changes to the way the public viewed the character known as “Paul McCartney”. Billy was ‘more qualified’ in the sense that he was a technically gifted musician. He performed professionally on many instruments that I doubt the real Paul McCartney had even held, never mind played. The arrangement Paul was said to have made is colloquially known as “death for success”. It made sure that his name would be remembered as that of the greatest songwriter of the 20th century. Without the help of the cabal, including Billy, that would never have been possible. This was the partnership that truly launched his posthumous career.
Saturn in the 7th House
Saturn in the 7th House of close relationships brings a transit concerning Paul’s understanding of his loved ones. There are lessons to be had here. Initially there may be feelings of frustration and isolation. For those in a romantic relationship, like Paul, this transit propels the incumbent into events that will teach them to make compromises. They will have to think about the depth of commitment in that relationship. As with Venus in the 12th House, this transit saw their earthly, 3D relationship severed. Their only hope of communicating with each other ‘in the flesh’ was via a strange arrangement involving Billy. I don’t think romantic compromises get any bigger than this! The feelings of frustration and isolation for all parties must have been immense.
Uranus in the 12th House
Surprise! It’s Uranus in the 12th House! No, actually, that’s not surprising at all. This transit is about breaking free of cycles and burdens that cause obstacles in someone’s way, that are unknown to the incumbent. We can only speculate what kind of karmic journey Paul was on, that meant he had to endure what happened to him. We also don’t know what kind of life he would have had, if he hadn’t died in this moment, and instead lived to be an old man. Either way, Paul ended some kind of cycle during this transit, for good or ill. This transit also brought the risk that Paul’s secrets or private information could have been revealed. Again, this could be interpreted in many ways. Could it be in reference to the idea that Paul’s public prowess as a musician and songwriter was in fact an invention? Or that Billy would be sent to replace him? Maybe. Fortunately for Billy, this transit also brought forward Paul’s desire to help others selflessly and anonymously. Lucky for Billy!
Neptune in the 3rd House
Now we see Neptune in the 3rd House of communication and transportation. This transit teaches us to fully rely on our own intuition. It ushers in difficulties in everyday life. Surely being murdered is as dramatic a difficulty as it is possible to encounter! This transit means the incumbent will experience difficulties with arriving on time and keeping to their schedule. Paul was said to have been involved in a car crash when he died, so he definitely didn’t arrive on time that day! Although, it was the former MI5 spymaster and associate of Aleister Crowley, Maxwell Knight, who “made sure he was dead”, according to Billy’s lyrics for “Maxwell’s Silver Hammer”. This transit also means the incumbent will find it hard to think logically and rationally, and will absorb information through intuition and emotion instead. Not having one’s brain in tact, due to several blunt force traumas to the head, will do that!
Pluto in the 12th House
Finally we come to Pluto in the 12th House. A total of 5 planets can be found in the 12th house on Paul’s transit chart for the moment of his death. This house is dominated by subconsciousness, obstacles, burdens, the past and karma. Pluto is the planet of transformations. Having this planet here at this time, along with all the other planets, is monumental in its importance. This transit brings unexpected events that Paul would have had no control over. It marks a profound change on the psychological level and the discovery of deep-rooted parts of the psyche that need to be addressed. Thanks to this transit, the incumbent is said to discover their whole self, and if they pass through it successfully, one karmic cycle will come to an end and the universe will reward them. It breaks my heart to say it, but I think Paul was always destined to die in the way that he did. I can only hope that the completion of that karmic cycle brought him ultimately one step closer to the divide source of everything.
Planets through the Zodiac
Sun in Virgo
Now we turn our attention to the Planets travelling through the Zodiac. We start back at the Sun, positioned in Virgo. This arrangement signifies a shift to thinking about fine details, organising and communicative work. The tarot of the Sun in Virgo is the 8 of Disks, which Crowley called, “Prudence”. These two ideas weave together well, since prudence involves that same organising and foresight of the Sun in Virgo. This positioning reminds me of the tremendous amount of planning the occulted cabal must have plunged into the staged and secret death of Paul.
Moon in Cancer
With the Moon in Cancer, we see a deep need for belonging and safety. I often wonder if Paul was trying to escape his impending doom at the moment of his death. Was he hunted down, or at least, did he feel that way? Normally, with the Moon in Cancer, we see the opportunity for emotional healing and getting busy with domestic activities. We are told by Billy, that Paul was stressed out with his repeated thoughts and dreams of his own demise. At least once it had actually taken place, he was released from that particular torture. Cancer is associated with the idea of the home, that’s why domestic activities are attributed to that sign. I believe that Paul was either driving to or from visiting his old Merseyside friends and family when he died. The tarot of the Moon in Cancer is the 4 of Cups, which Crowley called, “Luxury”. This describes a time when the emotions are so overwhelming, that all moderation and sense of temperance is thrown to the winds. After a period when we have actually obtained our heart’s desire, there is self-absorption, frustration, boredom, depression and finally regret. That is the story of this card. In regards to his rise to fame and all of its consequences, maybe it was Paul’s story too?
Mercury in Virgo
Mercury in Virgo describes a cycle in which we analyse and decide what is useful and what we deem to be impractical. As Mercury is the ruling planet for Virgo, this is both parties doing what they do best. They are sorting the wheat from the chaff, and starting over, fresh and renewed. The tarot of this position is the 10 of Disks, which Crowley called, “Wealth”. In this card we see so much material gain that we are weighted down by it. On the Qabalistic tree of life, we have hit rock bottom, and so, in the spiritual sense, the only place to go is back the top to the start all over again. I wonder if spiritually this is what Paul was doing, or what someone was forcing him to do?
Venus in Virgo
Venus is also in Virgo in this chart. This is normally a time to express our love through practical means and gestures; for running errands, doing detail work, or just being there for our lovers. As with the Moon in Cancer, this positioning may well refer to Paul visiting his old Merseyside friends and family just before he died. The tarot of Venus in Virgo is the 9 of Disks, which Crowley called, “Gain”. This is the same card that is allocated to the day of his death. I spoke about this at the beginning, being a reference to the good luck and good management of the cabal’s plot against him. Perhaps here it is also meant another way. Maybe his magnificent material wealth, derived from his incredible fame, was gained at the expense of his soul?
Mars in Leo
With Mars in Leo, we see a time to work for direct, dramatic results, and for achieving goals in an uncomplicated way. It’s also a time for the sex drive and passions to run high. Certainly, in the end, Maxwell Knight achieved his goals in an uncomplicated way, by simply having Paul hit on the head, but what was Paul doing in the moments before his death? We will never know. Was he driving away at high speed because his life literally depended on him getting away? Or was he unaware of what was about to happen to him? In “the Memoirs of Billy Shears”, we are repeatedly told about Paul picking up a hitchhiker called Donna. I generally think that this is a symbolical reference to Billy, who lost his old life along with Paul’s, but there is a chance that there was a woman involved with Paul’s death. Whenever I have done tarot card readings about Paul’s death, there are always indications that at least one woman was involved. It is speculation on my part, but I have also wondered whether Paul was drugged in order to cause him to crash. Getting a woman to seduce Paul, with a drink laced with something to impair his driving skills, would not have been hard. Woman continually threw themselves at the ‘cute Beatle’ from the first moments of his fame.
As a concept, it reminds me of another British pop star, but this time from the 90s. Brian Harvey, from the boy band, East 17, famously had a car accident where he managed to run himself over! He was drugged, via his drink, by a female acquaintance. The drugs in his system made him need to suddenly stop in a side street to vomit. He opened his car door to do so, but got stuck in his seat belt, as he accidentally hit the accelerator pedal and fell out of the car. Not realising that he had put the car into reverse, rather than park, the car surged backwards and dragged him under his own tyres, breaking his ribs and smashing his pelvis. He didn’t die, but he never fully recovered. Brian saw things involving children that he was not meant to see. The cabal have never forgiven him for telling on them.
Going back to the tarot of Mars in Leo, we find it is the 7 of Wands, which Crowley called “Valour”. According to Crowley, this is the valour of the individual soldier on the battlefield, rather that the whole army, who have generally been defeated. This was Paul alone against a cabal plotting against him. I’ve often wondered if he knew what was about to happened to him. If he did know, (and that’s a big “if”), why didn’t he escape? Maybe his valour was karmic in nature. Dying in the way he did may have ended a karmic cycle for him. Maybe it was something he had to face alone and couldn’t avoid?
Jupiter in Cancer
Next in Paul’s chart, we can see at Jupiter in Cancer. This placement is about expanding, growing and developing through emotional channels and opportunities. It’s also associated with learning about family background and going back to our roots. Going back home was something that the real Paul McCartney did often. He never forgot his home in the north. It’s one of the key ways to tell his character apart from Billy’s. Perhaps there is an alchemical returning here too. The tarot of this position is the Wheel of Fortune (Jupiter) + The Chariot (Cancer). The Wheel of Fortune is about luck, either brilliant or terrible. It’s also about destiny and karmic cycles. It contains the three alchemical primes of salt, sulphur and mercury. The Chariot is normally about overcoming obstacles. In the Thoth deck, however, it is also about alchemy, since the Chariot is holding the Holy Graal, containing sacred blood. Where is the Charioteer going? He is card number 7 in the Thoth deck. On card number 11, we see the same Holy Graal, but now it is held aloft by Babalon the sacred whore, whilst she is riding the Beast of Revelations. The Chariot card contains the glyph of Cancer, which alludes to tantric sex, since it’s a “69” on it’s side. The same alchemical promise of sex magic is also alluded to on card number 14, “Art”, where water and fire are poured into a cauldron, as the male and female principles are united. We can sum up all of this with the phrase “solve et coagula”. Paul’s death is the “solve”, his transmigration into Billy is the “coagula”.
Saturn in Pisces
Turning to Saturn in Pisces, we find a transit that slows us down and makes us face the reality of the physical world. It helps us to build or re-build the structures of our lives that will benefit us later. It is a time that tests us and exposes weakness, a time to simplify, and take responsibilities for our actions. Again, this goes back to the idea that Paul had karmic issues to work through. It also, once again, references that “death for success” agreement he was almost certainly conned into. The structures he built in his moment of death are the ones that will mean his name is to be exalted down the years. The tarot of this position is the 8 of Cups reversed: “Indolence”. Crowley described this card as being like someone “playing solitaire until dawn with a pack of 51.” In other words, it’s a pointless, unwinnable situation. Lon Milo DuQuette, the OTO Deputy Grand Master, said the card was like a party for which the preparations are fully made, but the host forgot to invite the guests. Ultimately, the lack of good cheer is the host’s own fault. In Paul’s case, he played with the cabal’s fire and got burned out.
Uranus in Virgo
We now come to the first of the three slowest transits. It takes 84 years for Uranus to come full circle. Here in Paul’s chart, we see Uranus in Virgo. Uranus comes with surprises and jolts to our lives. Uranus in Virgo will focus these changes into the areas of communications, analysing, sudden insights, and fast paced revelations. Paul’s revelations at the moment of his death can never be known to us, but we can be pretty sure that had some. Did his life flash before his eyes? Did he suddenly realise how deeply in trouble he was just before he died? The tarot of this position is The Fool + The Hermit. The Fool brings surprises, in Paul’s case, horrific ones. The three key cosmic players responsible for creating the “mode of fulfilment of the Great Work” are Earth, Mercury and the Sun. All three can be found in the Hermit. The Hermit represents the Earth sign Virgo, who is ruled by Mercury, which is also exalted in Virgo. The Hermit’s lamp shines the light of the Sun. That same light is meant to be shone inward. As a Zen Buddhist myself, this minds me of a favourite quote of Master Dōgen: “Learn the backward step that turns your light inward to illuminate your self. Body and mind of themselves will drop away, and your original face will be manifest.”
Neptune in Scorpio
Neptune takes 164 years to complete it’s cycle through our astrological charts. Here we see Neptune in Scorpio. Neptune dissolves what it touches. It makes us feel discombobulated, but what starts in confusion can lead to an augmented perception and understanding of our lives. Some people experience a burnout during this transit, but one that eventually leads us to take a different path, often a spiritually rewarding one. Paul obviously experience the ultimate burn out, but again, we can only hope that he did gain that spiritual reward upon completion of this cycle. The tarot of this position is the Hanged Man + Death. To Thelemites, Paul is associated with the dying god Osiris of the Hanged Man card. Combining this with the Death card sees him “reborn” and joined with Billy in his role as Horus.
Pluto in Virgo
Lastly, we come to Pluto in Virgo. Pluto takes 248 years to complete it’s cycle, and is therefore very impactful over the length of our lives. Pluto transits insist that we get in touch with our core purpose and our deep sense of power. New levels of intimacy, not only with others but also with ourselves, are discovered and uncovered. Pluto probes much deeper, shining light on our darkness. Pluto acts to strip away what is unnecessary or superficial in our lives. It is a time of re-birth. After we face our deepest fears, we will find ourselves transformed by them. Crowley’s prophesy, involving the birth, death and re-birth of Osiris must have involved a deep dwelling over the astrology of such an undertaking, either that, or this is the mother of all synchronicities. Finding someone whose birth involved a conjunction of the star Betelgeuse in the constellation of Orion is one thing. Knowing that this same person would experience this astrological line up on 11th September 1966 is something else. Did they simply get lucky, or was this planned? That is the question we have to ask ourselves. The tarot of this position is the Aeon + the Hermit. The Aeon card is the one that Crowley used to replace the Judgement card in the traditional RWS deck. For him, there is no more answering to the dying god, Osiris. His time has past. The new Aeon of Horus is now ushered in. Along side is our returning friend, the Hermit, who bears the light of the Sun in his lamp. Some occultists might want to say that this light is also that of Lucifer, but I hope that this is actually the light of Paul’s own insight. There is a koan that asks us, “what was your face before your mother and father?”. I hope that Paul knows the answer to that question now, and can move on.
Planetary Aspects
I will not talk too much about these planetary aspects, since their importance is not as great as the factors discussed above.
Pluto Trine Venus
This transit is a transformation in relationships and the creative processes. Of course, the deceased Paul was cut off from all of his relationships and his life as a musician. He could only have contact with these aspects of his former life through Billy.
Pluto Square Mercury
This transit leads to confrontation between different view points. Ideologies and beliefs are being challenged and maybe overhauled. This is another sign of Paul being forced to deal with the reality he was thrown into.
Neptune Opposite Venus
This transit can cause problems with relationships and finances. It shows Paul falling victim to predators, especially with regards to material wealth. When Billy took on the role of playing Paul, he naturally inherited all of Paul’s wealth, since Paul could no longer claim it in the corporeal world.
Neptune Square Moon
This transit can bring confusion and emotional insecurity. Paul will have found himself not perceiving things correctly, allowing himself to be deceived by his enemies.
Uranus Trine Venus
This transit gives us the urge to try something new that can apply to all areas of life, from hobbies to romance. Here we can picture Paul being easily distracted by anything new and shiny. This could also mean he was attracted to dangerous situations. Sexual affairs are associated with this transit, which reminds us of the possible female influence I spoke of earlier.
Uranus Square Mercury
A transit which brings bad news, upsets, changes and nervous tension. Here we see Paul’s death surrounded by a lack of concentration, an increased need for excitement, and a less responsible or dependable mode of function. We also see him let down by others.
Saturn Opposite Neptune
Another transit showing a time of self-doubt and confusion. The chances are that Paul had nightmares or supernatural experiences that made him question reality under this transit. This is also a time to feel the effects of negative energy from secret enemies, and he clearly had many.
Saturn Square Sun
A transit presenting tests and challenges that can lead to pessimism, depression, and the deflation of the ego. This was a test of Paul’s character, one in which he was meant to meet obligations before they overwhelmed him later. Perhaps these concerned the musical work he was meant to complete with Billy. As a right hander, Billy struggled more than he thought he would to play left handed like Paul. Billy says that Paul spiritually gave him that skill.
Jupiter Sextile Neptune
This is a spiritually enlightening phase, in which Paul could have reconsidered his spiritual philosophy or religious beliefs. It’s also very possible that Paul’s intuition could have been strong under this transition, with the vivid dreams that Billy claimed Paul had.
Venus Square Uranus
A transit that can test the stability of love relationships through unexpected events. In Paul’s case, the event was his death. This is a transit where unexpected dramas happen. The kind that will end a relationship, or start a new one. It’s tempting to say that the new relationship was with Billy, but maybe there was somebody else?
Venus Square Saturn
Another transit that would cause stress in Paul’s love life. Although his motivation may have been lacking, and he probably felt his situation was hopeless, Paul might have been told he could maintain his relationships and career through Billy. His friends, in turn, were probably conditioned to expect Paul to try to contact them via Billy. This transit reflects this narrative.
Venus Sextile Jupiter
This transit is concerned with expansion of loving relationships and being creatively stimulated. It’s a time to learn new, artistic activities, but also a time for excess and partying! Perhaps Paul learned new things through Billy, just as Billy seems to have learned new things via Paul?
Mercury Trine Venus
This is the first of four unusual aspects in Paul’s chart. This transit marks a time to establish new relationships. Existing relationships, especially romantic ones, can also reach a new level or resolve their issues. For Paul, this suggests harmonious adjustments were being made, towards more personally meaningful directions, and away from the superficial.
Mercury Square Mercury
This is another important and unusual transit. It suggests an inner need for Paul to look at the way his mind was affecting or directing his reality. This is a time when moments of sudden insight are experienced. There is conflict here, which is internal and mental in nature. It can also include medical issues concerning the brain. Given his fatal head injury, this is extremely apt. In tarot card terms, this transit would be like the characters of two reversed Magician cards having a fight. It’s black magic squared!
Moon Sextile Neptune
This transit will have heightened Paul’s level of sensitivity and emotions. His intuition and psychic abilities could have been stronger and more accurate than usual, with his dreaming and imagination more vivid and creative.
Sun Trine Venus
Another unusual transit. It concerns Paul being considered even more charming and attractive than usual, with much attention from others. Paul could have been very generous at this time, as Billy described in his Memoirs. At the age of 24, Paul was said to have written a will, and issued payments and gifts to all of his loved ones before he died.
Sun Square Mercury
This is the last of the unusual transits in this chart. It describes new information being illuminated that would change Paul’s outlook regarding his circumstances. This is also the 8th square aspect of the chart. Square aspects are about conflict and confrontation, and there has been plenty of that in this chart. Paul’s natal planet was Mercury, since his Sun was in Gemini, with Virgo rising, and both signs are ruled by Mercury. This means that the new information he gleaned at this time would have been very challenging. It would have been the kind of message that would ultimately serve as a catalyst to spark a new direction in thought and perspective. Perhaps this was about Paul coming to terms with his death, and figuring out how he would respond to his new reality and life with, and beyond, Billy?
Aspects to Objects
In the interests of brevity, I have only included the most important aspects here concerning the Ascendent, Chiron and Lilith.
Moon Sextile Ascendent
When the transiting moon forms a sextile aspect with Paul’s natal ascendant, he would have felt receptive to his environment and in touch with his feelings.
Jupiter Sextile Ascendent
Here we see Paul being involved in projects and activities with friends. What was Paul working on when he died?
Saturn opposite Ascendent
Here we see Paul feeling like he was at odds with the world, with those odds stacked against him.
Mars Conjunct Chiron
This conjunction signifies a deep potential for healing and transformation through self-assertion, bravery, and the willingness to confront past spiritual wounds. This ties in with the idea that Paul was completing a karmic cycle.
Uranus square Lilith
When Lilith is square to Uranus, Paul should have expected surprises and dramas that would test him to his limit. This is a pairing that will either heal us deeply or destroy us completely. In Paul’s case, it might have been a bit of both.
Part of Fortune
Let me end with a few words about the Part of Fortune. I did not include it in my natal chart video for Paul, because his Part of Fortune was Scorpio, which has more to do with death than life. That is why I wanted to include it here instead. It represents worldly success and is associated with the physical body and health. It can also indicate the career or vocation.
Scorpio is associated with sex, death, re-birth, transformation, and understanding the deeper mysteries of existence. People with a Scorpio Part of Fortune want to uproot established order and eliminate what is no longer useful and improve it. They are transformers of mankind, and they dislike the lack of progress around them. They don’t tend to have peaceful lives!
The Sun, Mercury and Pluto are all sextile Paul’s Part of Fortune at the moment of his death. In tarot, that’s the equivalent of the Sun, the Magus, and the Aeon cards in the Thoth deck. This is symbolically the illumination of the magical process at the end of the Aeon of Osiris, which marked the beginning of the Aeon of Horus. All three cards could also be paired with the Death card, which is the card that represents Scorpio. In which case, transformation would seem to be the underlying theme here too.
Historically, the Part of Fortune was used to divine the quality and length of someone’s physical life. If this is true, then having Scorpio as the Part of Fortune, as Paul did, would surely be deemed as an astrological alarm bell? Let’s also consider the following: In the Thelemic magickal formula of life, death and re-birth, known as IAO, the letters refer to:
I = Isis = Virgo
A = Apophis = Scorpio
O = Osiris = Sun
Paul died with the Sun in Virgo. This is akin to saying, Osiris “in” Isis, which is easily a reference to the sexual act. The result of which was the birth of Horus, who came to rule the new aeon. Paul’s Part of Fortune being Scorpio would complete the trinity, since Scorpio is symbolic of Apophis, the Destroyer. Therefore, all three parts of the IAO are found in the astrological details of Paul’s death.
The Part of Fortune for the moment of Paul’s death would have been Libra, symbolised by the Adjustment card in the Thoth deck. This seems to be apt too. Not only because in Thelemic terms, Paul’s death and transmigration of his soul into Billy’s body marks the adjustment from one aeon to another, but also because Crowley called the Adjustment card the feminine complement to the Fool, and we all know who that is! Hello Billy!

“Understanding Aleister Crowley’s Thoth Tarot” by Lon Milo DuQuette.

Awesome article as usual Cat👍
11 September is interesting. 1 of 6 hyper dimensional days on the calendar. The day before and after the HD energy node also hold some extra energy to facilitate change. Also, 11th 9th = 11 a master number in numerology.
That Charlie fella that got shot and killed on the 10th September, his funeral service was in a stadium with fireworks.
His “death” will bring about changes thanks to the HD day.
Powerful forces behind him.
New York 911 = change
They use the earth/solar cycle to act.
And they always use numerology.
Hyper dimensional torsion physics. Richard Hoagland had info on HD physics. But that was decades ago. Probably been wiped off the internet by now.
I sometimes joke that the only conspiracy theory I don't believe is that Paul is dead. After seeing the winged Beatle, I am not so certain. Anyway, you might enjoy some of my "normie" astrological analysis of the Beatles.
